About Dawn Shepard’s Personal Training

I work with people with high expectations and who place a high value on their health and fitness. I deliver cutting edge programs and techniques that deliver the appropriate level of challenge that will safely and effectively produce results. People who are interested in gaining strength, improving muscle tone, recover from an injury, improve flexibility or who just want to feel more energetic train with me.

My Background

I have worked in the health/fitness industry for over twenty years in capacities ranging from personal trainer, continuing education provider, consultant, and have held upper level management positions in some of the industry’s leading companies such as Wellbridge and Virgin Active based in the UK.

Personal

Fitness: Hiking, cycling, strength training, and nordic skiing and skijoring.

Nutrition: I am a strong proponent of a plant based diet.

Inner fitness: Spend at least a few minutes everyday in nature, spend time with people you love, and be of service to others.

Other Interests: Travel, cooking, and reading.

Guilty Pleasures: Really good dark chocolate, watching old John Travolta movies.

Personal: Grew up in New Hampshire. Currently live in Aspen, Colorado with my husband Randy and our two labrabor retrievers Maile and Tanner.
